Your analyses are saved in your browser’s local storage. They are tied to the device and browser you used and are not synced to any account or server.
We minimize what we handle

No selling of your data
Your home-search activity is personal. We do not sell or share your inputs with advertisers or data brokers.
You are in control
Nothing is stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes any locally cached report permanently.
A note on this prototype
This is a demonstration product. It is not connected to a licensed listing-data provider, so it will not fetch real facts for a live listing — and it will never fabricate real listing data to fill the gap. Any sample reports use clearly labeled fictional data. For a production deployment, this page would be replaced with a complete, legally reviewed privacy policy.
